Chongqing Vocational College of Art and Engineering is a full-time vocational college approved by the Chongqing Municipal People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education, with the qualification to independently issue national academic diplomas. It was founded by Chongqing Gangxin Architectural Decoration Design Engineering Co., Ltd., a top 100 enterprise in China's architectural decoration industry. Located in Tongliang, a hometown of Chinese folk culture and art, the school has a beautiful campus environment, unique architectural design, a strong artistic atmosphere, complete functions, and close integration between schools and enterprises, as well as between production and education, making it an ideal environment for students to study and grow.

学校设有艺术设计学院、建筑科技学院、视觉传媒学院等11个二级学院，开设艺术设计、建筑室内设计、影视动画等34个专业，形成7大专业群布局。拥有65个校内实践教学基地及实训室，校外实训实习基地100余个，双师型教师占比59.4%，连续5年毕业生初始就业率超过95%，在重庆市同类院校中名列前茅。

The school has 11 secondary colleges including the School of Art and Design, the School of Architecture and Technology, and the School of Visual Media, offering 34 majors such as Art Design, Architectural Interior Design, and Film and Television Animation, forming a layout of 7 major professional groups. It has 65 on-campus practical teaching bases and training rooms, more than 100 off-campus training and internship bases, with 59.4% of "double-qualified" teachers. The initial employment rate of graduates has exceeded 95% for five consecutive years, ranking among the top in similar institutions in Chongqing.

学校积极推进国际化办学，与英国、澳大利亚等国外院校开展校际合作，牵头成立多个职教集团和产教融合共同体，共有300余家企业加入合作，校企共建专业5个，开设企业订单班13个，努力营造“环境育人、文化育人、艺术育人”的校园环境和文化艺术氛围，打造“中国的包豪斯设计学院”。

It has jointly built 5 majors with enterprises and opened 13 enterprise order classes.
