阿尔泰国立大学（Altai State University）位于俄罗斯阿尔泰边疆区首府巴尔瑙尔市，始建于1973年，是该地区规模最大、声誉最高的综合性公立大学，也是上海合作组织大学成员及俄罗斯重点大学，在俄罗斯国内排名长期稳定在前40名。

Altai State University, founded in 1973 and located in Barnaul, the capital of Russia's Altai Krai, is the largest and most prestigious comprehensive public university in the region. It is also a member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization University and a key university in Russia, consistently ranking among the top 40 universities in the country.

学校学科覆盖广泛，设有17个学院、5所分校，提供84个本科专业、57个硕士培养方向及20个博士专业，涵盖物理、化学、生物、经济、法律、人文社科等多个领域。现有教师750余名，其中国家科学院院士9名、社会科学院院士20名，全日制在校生约18500人，包括来自中国、哈萨克斯坦等国的300余名国际学生。

The university offers a wide range of disciplines through 17 faculties and 5 branches, providing 84 undergraduate programs, 57 master's programs, and 20 doctoral programs covering physics, chemistry, biology, economics, law, humanities, and social sciences. It has over 750 faculty members, including 9 academicians of the National Academy of Sciences and 20 academicians of the Social Sciences Academy, with approximately 18,500 full-time students, including over 300 international students from China, Kazakhstan, and other countries.
